I have this beans for over 5 months just sitting in my pantry so today i decided to add it to my favourite yam pottage recipe.

Pick your beans and cook in a pot until it is soft

Peel your yam and cut into cubes and wash it
- 3
Add to a pot together with the beans, pepper mix and palm oil
- 4
Add your spices and salt
- 5
Allow to cook for 5 mins and add your seasonings to your taste
- 6
Cover and allow to cook on low flame until it's cooked and tender
- 7
Take it off the stove and serve
