Marinade the chops with all the ingredients except the beans and cashews, overnight in a sealed container.

Remove the lamb chops from the fridge and bring to room temperature.
Heat a griddle pan until hot and sear the chops making sure you render any fat on the lamb. - 3
Transfer to a preheated oven to finish cooking while you blanch the beans.

Then drain and Fry the beans and cashew nuts in a frying pan with a knob of butter and a sprinkle of dried chilli if you wish.
Serve on a warm plate with the lamb chops cooked to your liking
