Peri peri Corn on the Cob 🌽

When ever I see bhuttay wala on road side or on sea side the craving starts with its aroma around. I remember from my college days a vendor selling such Mouth-watering bhuttay /corns roasted on wood and he applied a huge amount of chutni from a big clay jar on it with a brush. It was such a tangy spicy sauce. It was our favourite point after chat wala.

Peel corns and clean them

Boil water add salt in it
Keep the corns in it and boil on low medium flame till soften. - 3
Take them out and cut them in 3_4pieces.

Than Heat a grill pan or any frying pan add oil and butter

When pan is hot place the corn on it and sprinkle salt and lemon won them

Than pour peri peri sauce as much you like and let them on gril pan keep rotating pan

Yummilicious corn on cob ready to enjoy. I made milder one you can make spicy if you want.
