Ingredients

6 to 8 servings
  • For cake
  • 75 gmbutter
  • 75 gmCream cheese
  • 130 gmcaster sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1/2 tspvanilla esence
  • 150 gmFlour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • For Lemon Glaze
  • 1/2 cupicing sugar
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • Milk as required

Steps

  1. 1

    For cake, pre heat oven on 200 °c. In a boul beat butter sugar and cream cheese

  2. 2

    Then add egg one by one and beat til creamy add esence and beat

  3. 3

    Now sift flour, baking powder togather and fold in mixture

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in a greased n floured loaf pan

    Put in the oven for about 1 hr

    When it baked put the cake on cooling or wire rack

    For glaze mix all ingredients n drezzil on top of the cake
