Aloo matar paneer ki sabzi

Heat oil in a kadhai. Saute paneer. Add little Salt.
Remove and keep aside.
Next saute potato. Add salt. Saute till potatoes are little brownish.
Keep aside.
In the same oil. Splutter cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Saute until brownish. Next add ginger garlic paste. Saute until rawness is lost.
Next add chopped tomato. Saute for some time.
Next add the sauteed potatoes and paneer.
Add fresh green peas. - 2
Put salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, sugar and curry powder. Give a nice mix. Saute for 3-4 minutes at slow to medium heat. Put chopped coriander leaves. No need to cook it now.

As vegetables are well coated with dry masala, transfer them into a pressure cooker. Add water covering the vegetables. Bring it to a single boil.
Now put the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle at slow heat. After cooker releases pressure, remove lid. - 4
Transfer into serving dish. Yummy aloo mater paneer curry is ready to serve!!.
Goes well with poori/ paratha/ rice/ pulao.
