  • 1 lbpotatoes cut into quarters
  • 4carrots chopped
  • 2celery stalks chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 5 clovesgarlic minced
  • 2 containerschicken stock
  • 1 cantomato paste
  • 1 cantomato and chilis
  • 1 tblworcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspcaraway seeds
  • 2bay leaves

    Brown meat and cook onions and garlic in cast iron pan 4 mins

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook 3 to 4 hrs on high
