White Sauce Broccoli Pasta

Pasta is very popular in Italy, especially the white sauce Penne pasta is a hit. I prepared this delicious white sauce Penne pasta giving it an Indian touch, with added ingredients little millet flour, roasted paneer cubes , fried garlic cloves and it tastes fabulous.

Pasta is very popular in Italy, especially the white sauce Penne pasta is a hit. I prepared this delicious white sauce Penne pasta giving it an Indian touch, with added ingredients little millet flour, roasted paneer cubes , fried garlic cloves and it tastes fabulous.
Steps

Take penne pasta in a pressure cooker. Add eight cups/required water. Boil for one whistle. Allow to cool down naturally. Discard the water.

In a pan heat 1 Tsp olive oil. Add blanched broccoli and fry for a minute. Mix roasted garlic cloves and saute for 30 seconds. Keep aside.

Add rest oil to pan. Roast the little millet flour on low flame till aromatic. Add salt, milk and grated cheese. When thickened add the boiled penne pasta, roasted garlic cloves, roasted paneer cubes, crushed pepper and pizza seasoning. Mix well. Serve hot.
