A great little starter, possibly for Christmas Day. I love the sharp taste of capers counteracting with the silky mayonnaise.

A great little starter, possibly for Christmas Day. I love the sharp taste of capers counteracting with the silky mayonnaise.

In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and curry powder to form the mayonnaise and place in a fridge.

Mix the crab meat, lemon juice, mustard powder and capers with the flour
- 3
Roll into small balls and refrigerate for them to firm up.
- 4
Heat some oil in a frying pan a brown the crab balls until golden.
Serve on a plate with a scattering of capers and the curry mayonnaise.
