  2. 110 gSugar
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 95 gEgg
  5. 60 gButter
  6. 300 mlWater
  7. Yeast 1&⅓ TBS

    In a bowl add all ingredients together 600g of flour, 110g of sugar, yeast and 90g of egg and 300 of water and 60gram of butter and mix for 10mins, dust your surface and transfer the dough and knead for 10mins after 10mins beat the dough very well for 10mins, after kneading

    Your at the stated of 30mins, knead the dough for few second, get your baking sheet and dust it, divide your dough into 2 weigh your dough 75g or 80g and mold your dough, add flour to the working and roll your dough, use a donut cutter and cut out the ring doughnuts and allow it to rise for 50min-1hour
    Heat your oil and fry at a medium heat
    Enjoy with your Doughnuts

They never cease to talk about my cooking skills all the time. This was what actually inspired me to learn about different techniques in cooking and futher my education in the culinary career. I am now a certified chef and I have trained a lots of students on this aspect too.I have a school called DA PRINCESS KITCHEN AND CULINARY CONCEPT in Ibadan Oyo State, Nigeria.
