First wash the carrot and grate it. Then cut the vermicelli sev into very small pieces.

Now to make the vermicelli tart, heat a non-stick pan. Add ghee to it. When it starts to melt add the vermicelli sev and fry on low flame until golden brown.

Now add condensed milk and mix. Stir and cook until the vermicelli is well mixed and doughy. Now grease the muffin mold with ghee. After that, add the mixer of this vermicelli save to the tart and press it to give it a full shape. and leave to cool.

Now heat the milk in a big kadai, when it comes to a boil, add grated carrot to it and burn the milk while stirring continuously.

Now add sugar to this and mix well. Now if sugar water is released in this, stir it continuously on medium flame of gas and dissolve the sugar. After that add milk cream and mix dry fruits to this and mix and cook for 10 minutes.

Now add cardamom powder to this and mix well and switch off the gas flame. Now our halwa is ready. Now unmould the vermicelli tart and fill it with this carrot halwa. Then garnish with dry fruits and serve the halwa hot.
