Wash liver with water,fry onions till golden brown,add liver,,cover it and leave it for ten minutes until the water evaporates,,fry it well,add some chopped tomatoes,mix well and leave it to simmer..Add dhania to garnish and i serverd it with ugali

For kachumbari, i chopped onions into smaller pieces,soak in salty water for 10 mins,wash tomatoes and chop into desirable shape,add dhania to garnish and mix well for good presentation
