Thaw the scallops ahead of time.

Place the scallops on the air fryer tray. Add a twist of freshly ground salt to each one and sprinkle with a pinch of breadcrumbs.

In a skillet, add the olive oil and sauté the finely minced garlic over low heat.

When the garlic starts to turn golden, add the parsley and white wine. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Spoon the mixture over the scallops and cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 4 minutes.

Plate and serve immediately while hot.
