Steps

Heat a kadhai put butter put black pepper corn & bay leaf crackle. Add chop onion& garlic and sauted till it becomes soft.

Add chop carrot & beetroot and sauted till it becomes soft. Add chop tomatoes & coriander leaves & mint leaves, and salt mix it well, cooked 1-2 mints.

Add a cup of water & cover it till it becomes nicely done. Off the flame & cool it. leave the bay leaf & grind it to make a paste.

Mix to a cup of water & strain it. Again boil it. Tomato beetroot soup is ready. Garnishing with fresh cream Serve it immediately.
