Cook the rice and drain, set aside.

Take the Kimchi and chop fine, retain the juice for further use

Mince the garlic

In a wok heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil and when smoking hot add the Kimchi and stir for few seconds, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 min to get an aroma

Add the cooked rice and the kimchi juice, red chilli paste and mix well so that all rice is coated well, drizzle 1 Tbsp sesame oil

Once mixed well, set aside

Plate with drizzling sesame oil, a poached egg, black sesame seeds and chopped spring onions. Enjoy 😊
