  • french beans,purple lettuce,carrots,cucumber
  • broccoli,onions,garlic,salt

    Bring water and salt to boil

  2. 2

    Add mixed vegetables and leave for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Drain hot water completly and run in cold water to retain the color and strain it away

  4. 4

    In apan add cooking oil,fry it,add diced onions and crashed garlic,fry.

  5. 5

    Add mixed veges and fry for 3 mins to simmer.Serve
