Firstly, in a small blender take 2 cup coriander, 1 cup mint, 1/2 cup green garlic, 4-5 green chili, and 1-inch ginger.

Add 1 tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, 3-4 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp putani.

Now add 4-5 tbsp water, and ½ tsp salt, and blend to smooth paste.

Finally, green garlic 😋 coriander chutney is ready to enjoy for a week when stored in the refrigerator.
