Onion flower with prawns (chingri diye piyaz koli)

Firstly clean the onion flower and chop it into small pieces.

In a kadhai add oil, fry the prawns lightly and keep aside. In the same oil add chopped potato and onion flower and fry them.

Then add the green peas and saute. Add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and sugar, and mix properly.

Then add the prawns and mix, cover, and cook till the onion flower and potatoes become soft.

Serve hot with rice or chapati.
