Half boil baby potatoes and deep fry them.

Fry until golden brown.

Heat oil in a kadhai and add all the whole dry spices.

Take a jar, add onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger and make a fine paste.

Now add this paste into kadhai. And cook.

Now take all the dry spices and add in the kadhai and mix.

Cook until oil starts separating.

Now add spinach puree and cook for 10 minutes.

Now add fried potatoes and mix. And cook for 5 minutes.

Now add kasuri methi and garam masala.

Ready to serve.
