Ingredients

  1. For kofta
  2. 1 cupcauliflower florets
  3. 100 gmspaneer
  4. 1/2 cupgram flour
  5. As Per Tastesalt
  6. 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tbspcumin powder
  9. Forgravy
  10. 2onions
  11. 2tomatoes
  12. 1green chilli
  13. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 2 tbspghee
  15. As Per Tastesalt
  16. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  17. 1/4 tbspasafoetida
  18. 1bay leaf
  19. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  20. 2-4cloves
  21. 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  22. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  23. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  24. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  25. 2 tbspcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Grate or finely chopped cauliflower add salt squeeze well.Add grated paneer in it*

    Then add ginger-garlic paste, spices, and besan. Mix well and prepare round shape kofta.

    Deep-fried kofta on medium flame and keep aside.

  4. 4

    In a mixer jar, add tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilli. Grind and make a smooth paste.

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves, Saute for a minute. Then add grinded tomato-onion paste and cook till ghee separates from the edges.

    Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and mix it well.

    Then add curd into the gravy and mix well. Now add water to adjust the consistency of the water. add Kasuri methi also.

    Mix well and boil. Add kofta, cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes.

    Cauliflower paneer kofta curry is ready.serve hot with roti or paratha *
