In a pressure cooker, heat ghee, add in zeera and hing, let it crackle, add in methi, stir it, add haldi and padte

Mix in daal and hara dhaniya and salt

Add double the water

Pressure it for 3/4 whistles and put out the flame

Garnish it with ghee and dhaniya and garam masala
