  • 1salmon fillet
  • 1 tspgarlic, crushed
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

    Heat pan to med-high and add oil. Place salmon in pan and sear for approx 3-4 mins. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Flip fillet over and sear other side for 2-3 mins until cooked and edges are crisp.
