Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhite lily self rising flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupsheavy whipping cream, cold

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat 450°

    Make a well in the flour. Pour the whipping cream in the well.

    Stir together until the dough forms.

  4. 4

    Turn onto flour surface and knead until just comes together

  5. 5

    Envelope Fold 3-5 times.

    Roll out to desired thickness and bake 12-15 minutes

  7. 7

    ** you can also take 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 cup buttermilk. Freeze for 20 minutes. 2 1/2 cup shifted self riding flour then follow directions above if you don’t have heavy whipping cream. Bake 475° 12-15 minutes
