Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 poundsLean ground beef
  2. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  3. 2 Tablespoonsketchup
  4. 1 1/2 TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  5. 1 Teaspoononion powder
  6. 1 1/2 teaspoonsGarlic powder
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoonsItalian seasoning
  8. 1 TeaspoonSalt & Pepper
  9. 1large Egg

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Mix all ingredients with a wooden or other utensil, so as not to melt any of the fat in the ground beef, until well combined.

    Form into 4 equal patties, oval shapes are awesome.

    Saute patties on hi heat for 3 minutes per side. Forming a nice meat crust.

  4. 4

    This is where the awesome gravy comes in! Remove patties and set aside. Add butter or oil to saute pan, add onions & mushrooms to pan, saute until caramelized. Deglaze with beef stock add splash of Worcestershire sauce.

    Add patties back to pan and cook for 8 minutes.
