This is a very simple yet delicious rice meal everyone would enjoy i assure you. So i am sharing it as a toast to the holiday 🍷 #cheers
Cooking Instructions

Cook the rice with the meat stock and water until tender but firm.

Put a pan on fire and add the oil. Allow to heat up and add the diced white onions and stir fry for 3 minutes

Then add the shrimps and stir fry for 7 mins
- 4
Pour in the diced vegetables and continue to stir fry for 6-7 mins
- 5
Add seasoning and salt
- 6
Add the cooked rice and mix well then add the spring onion stem
- 7
Continue to stir fry for 5mins more
