Ingredients

  1. 2-4Potatoes
  2. HalfChorizo
  3. Cooking Oil or Substitute of Choice

Cooking Instructions

    Peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add oil to a frying pan. Once hot add the potatoes. Stir around and lower heat and cover for about 5-8 minutes.

    When potatoes are cooked add the chorizo. Mush it around so it goes all around. Then cover in low heat for another 3-5 minutes or until chorizo cooks.

    You can make it in tacos or with a side of beans. I like to add sour cream and salsa. I just had bottled salsa but is still good.
