Grind palak along with 2 green chillies and 1/2 inch ginger into a fine paste
Put little ghee and saute palak puree for 2-3 minutes - 2
Now heat oil, put little zeera and hing and mix in tomato paste and let it cook for 2-3 minutes stirr from time to time and then mix in dahi mix
Mix in 1 kaltori pani and let it cook for 4-5 minutes till oil comes up
Add salt and pinch of sugar and little kasoori methi duly crushed - 3
Add palak mixture and let it cook for 3-4 minutes, add paneer cut into cubes and if feel like adding water to make it little curry sort of, add in that and cook for 3-5 minutes

Garnish with garam masala and hara dhaiya
