Add Mint Leaves to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned. Blend into a smooth paste. Use water if required. Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator and relish up to 10 days. Though it will never last that long once you make it. Enjoy!

Lemon juice is optional. I usually add Dry Mango powder or Amchur that's homemade and pure. That's it. It's so easy and effortlessly done. (see recipe)

Serve it alongside any South Indian Breakfast or various Chaats for a worthwhile snack at tea-time. Enjoy!
