Wash bell peppers 🫑and pat dry them on kitchen towel and chop them and keep aside.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅, saute for 1 min, add finely chopped tomato 🍅, salt 🧂 and mix well, cook till oil comes out, add chopped bell peppers 🫑, mix well.

Add finely chopped green chillies, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder and mix well, cook on medium low flame, cook for 5-6 mins.

Don't over cook the peppers 🫑 and serve it hot with toasted bread 🍞, indian paratha. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿.
