Cut 1 apple into 4 pieces.Remove seeds and chop into small pieces.Blend apple with 2 cups milk till smooth.Strain the pulp completely.

Dilute custard powder with 1/4 th cup cold milk.Boil milk in a pan or wok.Add sugar and pinch of salt and boil till sugar is diluted.Add the custard powder and stir constantly to avoid sticking at the bottom of pan.Cook till the milk gets thick.Allow it to get partially cool.Divide the custard in 4 serving bowls.Cool and refrigerate until set.

Peel 1 apple.Slice and remove seeds.Cut into small pieces.Heat butter in a pan. Toss the apple for 1 minute.Add honey and saute for 2-3 minutes.Sprinkle cinnamon powder and toss to coat the apples.

Top the apple pudding with a teaspoon or as needed of caramelized apple cinnamon cubes in individual bowls.Garnish with walnuts and cranberries. Serve chilled delicious winter special Apple Custard Pudding with Strawberry Wafers as an aftermeal dessert.
