Ghee me gosht dal kar fry kryn or adrak lehsan dal kar bhonyn.

Ab is me namak, lal mirch powder, sabut garam masala, haldi dal kar bhonyn or tamatar pyaz ki paste dalyn ta k rogan ban sake.

Ab is me pani dal kar (12-15 minutes) k liye pressure laga dyn.

Ab is me aloo dal dyn or galne tak pakayn. aloo jab gal jae to is me garam masala powder or kali mirch powder dal kar dam pe rakhyn (5-10 minute) k liye.
