Steps

Take a bowl, add wheat flour, ajwain, hing, 1 tsp oil, and salt in it
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now make a dough with the help of water.
Now take asides for 10 minutes - 2
After 10 minutes heat the oil.
Now make small balls of dough. And rolled it to the required shape. - 3
Now deep frying all the puri one by one.
Now serve with aloo tamatar sabji ya matar paneer.
