Ingredients

20 to 25 min
4 servings
  1. 9-10paneer slices (about 1/2 inch thick)
  2. 1/2 cupto 1 cup semolina flour
  3. Shahi paneer masala to taste
  4. 1/3 cupmilk
  5. Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Your favorite chutney or jam

Cooking Instructions

    Slice paneer into 1/2 inch thick pieces

  2. 2

    Place semolina flour and desired amount of paneer masala in a bowl & mix together

  3. 3

    Put milk in small bowl. Dip paneer slices in milk.

  4. 4

    Coat with semolina-masala mixture.

  5. 5

    Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees farenheit or until golden brown. Flip over and bake another 2 to 5
    minutes. Top with your favorite chutney for a savory flavor or your favorite jam for a sweet flavor.
