So yummy, the kids won't mind eating their veggies!
Steps

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Drizzle butternut with oil and season well with paprika, salt and pepper.

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.

Heat milk and stock cubes in a saucepan. Stir until stock cubes dissolve. Add chicken and poach for 15 minutes.

Remove chicken and shred using 2 forks.

Melt butter with flour in a saucepan, stirring.

Whisk in milk and extra stock and cook until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes.

Add herbs and chicken and season.

Layer chicken and butternut in a medium-sized ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C until golden. Serve ☺️
