  • 1 tspcrushed red chilli flakes
  • 1 tspcarom seed powder
  • 1 tbsppaprika powder
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 1 tbsproasted coriander and cumin powder
  • 1 tspgarlic
  • 1 tspred food colour
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 tsplemon salt
  • 3 tbspcornflour

    Fish ko vinegar aur salt laga lein phr wash kar lein

    Ik bowl main saray ingredients add kar dein 2 tbsp vinegar phr pani add kar dein aur mix krein

  3. 3

    Us ke baad fish main masala lgayein 30 mins ke liye marinate krky rakh dein

  4. 4

    Ab fish fry krein fish ready hai
