First wash the carrots and cut them into large pieces. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a cooker and saute the dried fruits. Heat two tbsp of ghee again and saute the carrot slices for 2 minutes. Then add milk, mix it well and blow two whistles.

Once the cooker cools down, smash the carrot slices with a smasher. Turn on the gas and keep stirring till the milk burns. When the milk boils a little, add sugar. Once the sugar water is burnt, add khoya and mix it again well.

When sugar and milk are burnt, ghee is released from the border, then turn off the gas, add cardamom powder, dry fruits and 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well. So, Instant Carrot Halwa is ready.
