Steps

Take a pan/ kadhaion Medium flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped onions. Saute it till it get golden brown.

Now add chopped tomatoes. Saute it and let Tomatoes get cooked properly. Now add coriandor powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

Saute it till oil gets released. Add boiled Potatoes (cut in cubes) and salt.

Mix all well. Add dry coriander leaves. Serve with chapati, Parathas, Khichadi or rice.
