Ground the tattashe,bell pepper and onion. Set a pot on fire and fry the red oil with onion. Pour in the grounded pepper and tomato sauce. Cover to cook.

Steam the chicken breast with onion, 2 maggi cubes, a pinch of salt and fresh ginger and garlic (optional). When soften add to the pepper and tomato sauce low the heat and allow to cook slowly.

Crush the bitter leaf and wash with enough water to reduce the bitterness. You can boil and crush to wash. Strain in a colander.

Add the washed bitter leaf to the soup, pour in the steamed meat stock wash and add the dry fish add the remaining maggi cubes and cover. Allow to cook for 10 mins. Sprinkle the seseme seeds put off the lights and cover to steam the seeds for 5 mins. Serve with pounded yam, semo or any swallow of your choice 😋😋😋
