  2. 1 cuplight brown sugar
  3. 1 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1/2 cupghee
  5. 1 cupcashews
  6. 1/2 cupdried raisins
  7. 1/2 cupalmonds
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. dessert, snack

    Prepare a checklist. Place the necessary ingredients near the cooking area

    Place a skillet over medium heat and lightly roast the chana--pottu kadalai in Tamil, 1 minute Cool Then grind it in a mixer, sieve it and the flour will fall on the plate. Grind the brown sugar in a mixer. Mix both of these with a pinch of salt and cardamom powder

    Cut each almond into 3 pieces and add the pieces to the flour mix.
    Place a skillet over medium heat and add ghee. Add cashews and fry. 2 minutes. Add raisins; Cashews are golden red in color. Raisins swell. Turn off the stove and mix the fried ingredients including ghee with the flour mix. Mix them together with your fingers.

    While the flour mix is still hot, take 5 tablespoons of the flour mixture in your palm; press it to make balls. I made 10 balls. Share and enjoy the flavorful nutritious laddu
