A perfect rainy day accompaniment in India. This is a popular one with everyone including the kids. But this can be enjoyed in any Season. It's available throughout the Year and that is why iam here with this amazing Boiled Masala Sweet Corn on the cobs. Butter gives it a perfect crunch and flavour.
And what better than having this lovely looking Corn for a snack on any day? Especially in the cold Winter evenings. My family loves it to the core. Nothing beats the piping hot Corn on the cobs. It's tangy, sweet, sour and a little spicy. You can always reduce the spice as per your convenience. This Red Chilli powder is not so spicy at all. But the colour looks so good because it's Kashmiri Red Chilli powder. That's it. As easy as that. Simple yet elegant snack for Tea-time. Absolutely delicious and delightful to the last bite.

Steps
- 1
Bring water in a large vessel with some salt added to it on a rolling boil. As soon as it starts boiling vigorously, add in the whole corn on the cobs.
- 2
Let it boil on a medium high heat without any lid on it. After 15-18 minutes, check on it. The kernels would be tender by now. Take it off the flame.
- 3
Prepare the spread for topping each corn. Mix everything mentioned under it's heading. Apply on each of it with a pastry brush. Serve piping hot immediately. Enjoy !
