  • As RequiredOil of your choice. How much you have to use
  • As per tasteSalt to taste
  • 1Red chilli
  • 2Onion
  • 1/ 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • As RequiredGarnish with tomato

    Baathua saag, onion

    Cut bathua saag and onion into small pieces

    Now broke eggs into a bowl

    Heat kadhai add oil

    When oil is heated, add red chili, bathua saag onion

    Now fry well. Add turmeric powder and salt

    Mix well. Add egg yolks. Fry well
