Brussels Sprouts with Yoghurt Sauce

Steps

Cut off the top of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. And wash.

Add olive oil, salt, sugar and crushed garlic and mix.

Place on the baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Whisk yogurt, a few drops of lemon, crushed garlic and salt.

Eat it by dipping it in yoghurt sauce or pouring it over it.
