Steam brinjal in a cooker with little water. close the lid. cook on high flame. switch off the gas after the first whistle and transfer it to a strainer.

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste saute it now add chopped onion and all spices and saute it.

After roasting, the onion adds tomato and cook until the tomatoes become mushy now add brinjal and mix cook for another 5 to 6 minutes.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with parathas aur roti.
