૩ વ્યક્તિ માટે
  • ૨ નંગ નુડલ્સ
  • ૨ નંગ ઝીણી સમારેલી ડુંગળી
  • ૧ નંગ ઝીણું સમારેલું કેપ્સીકમ
  • ૧ નંગ ઝીણું સમારેલું ગાજર
  • ૪ ચમચી ઝીણી સમારેલી લીલી ડુંગળી
  • થોડીક ઝીણી સમારેલી કોબીજ
  • ૨ નંગ ઉભા સમારેલા લીલા મરચા
  • ૨ ચમચી રેડ ચીલી સોસ
  • ૨ ચમચી ગ્રીન ચીલી સોસ
  • ૨ ચમચી સોયાસોસ
  • ૩ ચમચી ટામેટો કેચપ
  • ૧ ચમચી વિનેગર
  • ૬ કરી ઝીણું સમારેલું લસણ
  • ૧ ટુકડો ઝીણું સમારેલું આદુ
  • ૩ ચમચી તેલ
  • સ્વાદ અનુસાર મીઠું

  1. 1

    સૌપ્રથમ એક તપેલીમાં પાણી ગરમ કરવા મૂકી તેમાં તેલ અને મીઠું ઉમેરીને નૂડલ્સ બાફી લો. નુડલ્સ બફાઈ જાય એટલે તેની ઉપર ઠંડુ પાણી રેડી દો.

    હવે એક પેનમાં તેલ લો. તેલ ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં લીલા મરચા, લસણ અને આદુ ઉમેરીને સાંતળી લો. હવે તેમાં ડુંગળી ઉમેરીને સાંતળી લો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં લીલી ડુંગળી, કોબી, ગાજર, કેપ્સીકમ અને થોડું મીઠું ઉમેરીને બરાબર સાંતળી લો.

    ત્યારબાદ તેમાં રેડ ચીલી સોસ, ગ્રીન ચીલી સોસ, સોયા સોસ, વિનેગર, કેચપ ઉમેરીને બરાબર હલાવી લો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં નુડલ્સ ઉમેરી બરાબર મિક્સ કરી લો. આપણી નુડલ્સ તૈયાર છે. તેને એક પ્લેટમાં લઈ ઉપરથી લીલી ડુંગળીના પાન ભભરાવી સર્વ કરો.
