I needed something light that still would make a state for new year and peppersoup came to mind 😁

Wash the offals properly with salt

Parboil for 7 minutes and pour out the water then rinse

Now add the ram and offals together in a pot and add seasoning and salt with half of the onions

Stir well and allow to cook in its juice for 5-7 mins before adding water little by little

Add a tablespoon of peppersoup spice from the 3 tablespoon

Pound the shombo and scotch bonnet pepper roughly then add to the boiling meat

Continue adding water until the meat is tender enough and you have enough stock for your soup.

Now add the remaining peppersoup spice and the scent leaves with the pounded and sieved uziza seeds.

Allow to cook for 5 minutes and wollla!!
