Steps

Grind the grated coconut with mustard, green chilies & salt.
Cut the cucumber into square pieces. then add grinded coconut mix. Heat it on low flame 2 min. - 2
Remove from heat. Add curd & mix it well.
Heat a pan, Saute dry red chilli, curry leaves with oil. Transfer the cucumber mix to it. Stir it well. Remove from heat.
Serve it with Rice.
