  3. 4little tomatoes
  4. Salt and peper
  5. Olive oil
  6. balsamic dressing

    Toast two slices of bread.

  2. 2

    Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Cut the tomatoes and fry them in a pan with olive oil

  4. 4

    Present as you like best with balsamic dressing

yummy, loving the addition of fried tomatoes on top. normally i just slice mine and not fry but will try this way - looks great
