Crockpot chicken and dumplings

Ingredients

8.5 hours
2-4 people
  1. 4boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 2 canscream of chicken soup
  3. 1 canchicken broth
  4. 1family size pack of mixed veggies- corn, carrots, green beans, peas
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Onion powder
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 1 canrefrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper on the bottom of the crockpot. I just measure with my heart

  2. 2

    Place chicken in crock pot and add the seasoning on top of the chicken as well as to cut each breast into 3’s

  3. 3

    Add the can of chicken broth, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and the frozen mixed veggies

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 8 hours. Once it’s cooked, use a frock and shred chicken.

    Cook the biscuits in the oven as directed on package. When they are done, cut into 4’s and add them to the crockpot.

    Mix everything up and enjoy.
