Heat the mixture of cumin seeds and cardamon seeds in a low heat.

Crush the heated cumin seeds and cardamon seeds in mortar and pestle.

Add oil in the sufuria and cut onions and put under medium heat

Add your chicken meat on to the onions and grate ginger on the mixture.

Add ¾ grated garlic 4with the crushed mixture of cumin seeds and cardamon seeds to the chicken meat in the sufuria.

Add rice to the mixture and stir

Add boiling water to the mixture and stir

Add salt to taste.

Put some cinnamon to the rice and stir.

Cover for 10 minutes under medium heat and later for 5 minutes under low heat.

Serve while hot with salad and a banana.
