Pressure cook a the vegetables.

For the gravy, blend the tomato, onion, groundnut, turmeric, salt, coriander, redchilli, and ketchup. The perfect colour

In a pan, add oil, bay leaves, star anise, now add the gravy and cook until oil separates

Add all the vegetables and one cup water and cook for 5-10mts, add kitchen king masala, and kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well and again cook for 2mts

Serve hot with parathas. The perfect restaurant style mix veg
