Chinese cabbage stirfry

Ingredients

  1. 1/2chinese cabbage
  2. 1pointed or Bell pepper
  3. 1onion
  4. 1garlic clove
  5. 2 tboystersauce
  6. 2 tbketjap manis
  7. 1 tbfish sauce
  8. 1/2chicken filet
  9. 1/2 cupchickenstock
  10. 1 tbfive spice
  11. 1 tbspice for chicken
  12. Handfull cadhewnuts
  13. 1/4bush of coriander or parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the veg into small pieces

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken into pieces and season with five spice and chicken spice

  3. 3

    Bake the chicken in a wok for about 7 min use 1 tb oil
    Remove from the pan and keep aside

    Put the other tb oil in wok and cook onion garlic and pepper for about 5 min

  5. 5

    Add the cabbage and the stock. Cook for about 5 min. Ad sauces

  6. 6

    Put in the chicken and cashew nuts.cook for about 2 min. Add coriander

  7. 7

    Serve
