Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2chinese cabbage
  • 1pointed or Bell pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1garlic clove
  • 2 tboystersauce
  • 2 tbketjap manis
  • 1 tbfish sauce
  • 1/2chicken filet
  • 1/2 cupchickenstock
  • 1 tbfive spice
  • 1 tbspice for chicken
  • Handfull cadhewnuts
  • 1/4bush of coriander or parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the veg into small pieces

  2. 2

    Cut the chicken into pieces and season with five spice and chicken spice

  3. 3

    Bake the chicken in a wok for about 7 min use 1 tb oil
    Remove from the pan and keep aside

    Put the other tb oil in wok and cook onion garlic and pepper for about 5 min

    Add the cabbage and the stock. Cook for about 5 min. Ad sauces

    Put in the chicken and cashew nuts.cook for about 2 min. Add coriander

  7. 7

    Serve
